How to Add the Delete Function in the File Area Follow

If you do not see the delete feature in the Submitted Files section of the file area in iChannel follow the below steps.

Go to System > Reports > Global Document File Area Permissions.  Choose the Group - Delete Submitted.  

Click on the Save button.
