Possible Enhancement Request: Creating Contacts when Emailing from iChannel

Also, please add any comments if you see it working differently. We will be accepting all feedback on this pending item until April 30th, 2019. We will then meet internally and discuss the option for this feature.
could a procedure be programmed that does the following:
- IF
- I am inside an ENTITY
- AND
- Request a new EMAIL
- AND
- MANUALLY ENTER an EMAIL ADDRESS NOT currently established/associated with that ENTITY
- THEN
- A “Pop-Up” appears that asks, “Would you like to include this email address as a CONTACT for this ENTITY”?
- IF “YES”
- THEN
- The system creates NEW CONTACT for that ENTITY, asking for the three required fields (First Name, last name, Email Address)
- OR
- System LINKS already established CONTACT to this ENTITY
- IF “No”
- THEN
- Simply proceed as normal
