Possible Enhancement Request: Share Workflow Task’s with Clients

Currently in iChannel

Workflows are available to Internal Users. The tasks cannot be shared with clients.

Suggestion for iChannel

We have a couple of Firm’s that have asked that we give the ability to share Workflow Task’s with clients through the Portal. They would like to allow their clients to see the status of a workflow, and be a part of the workflow when needed.

We want your feedback. Do you think the suggestion is something you like to see in iChannel? How do you think it should work?

Yes, this would be helpful. If this could also be viewable on a mobile app even better!
