Unable to save PDF document unless the name is changed
Is anyone else receiving a message that the PDF is already open and cannot be saved unless the name is changed? We had this problem last year, and it just "went away", but I currently have two users who consistently have this issue. If the user accesses the same pdf from another user's machine (but their own iC login) they don't get this message. Any ideas?
Hope it's ok to post in this thread. I love being able to bounce this off of other firms who use iC.

My firm is experiencing the same PDF problem you described. It applies to most everyone. We do not have a fix yet but have accidentally learned that is if you leave the pdf to sit for 5 - 15 minutes it just might unlock itself and let you save. Waiting this time of year is not exactly a popular solution. It's not consistent but works enough to deserve mention.
I would be interested in 'comparing notes' to see if we have anything in common that might be a cause.
