Multiple Dashboard Task Lists?

In our environment, some of our users end up monitoring multiple user queues. This is mainly because we have several "pool" users established in order to distribute work for a variety of people in a team. This works very well, but users that need to monitor pools tend to switch their My Tasks lists back and forth between their own user, and one or more pool users very frequently.

I think it would be helpful if there was a way to add multiple "My Tasks" lists to the dashboard. There are several in our environment that would benefit from being able to review tasks from multiple users simultaneously.

I would see value in this as well we have multiple people monitoring multiple pools/buckets related to workflow. Could any of the widgets on the dashboard be able to be duplicated but show different information?
