Suggestion for arranging project tags as ascending

   Just passing along a product enhancement suggestion for your consideration. As we’ve used iChannel over the years, we have increased the number of total projects for each entity. On many entities, when we upload documents, our Tag list for projects is becoming increasingly extensive.

   When uploading in both iChannel Desk, and in iChannel directly, the project tags appear to be sorted from oldest to newest project which requires the user to scroll and find the tag to apply. We suggest that Conarc consider adjusting to reverse the order so that the newest project tags will be listed towards the top of the list instead. This would provide less scrolling during typical tag selection.

  I agree, we are experiencing the same thing and would find value in sorting the project tags so the newest projects appear towards the top of the list.

  Better yet, allow the user to sort alphabetically as A-Z or Z-A.  Newest is not always what we are looking for.
