Staff notifications when Portal Users view/download files

The staff linked to a Client Portal would like to receive a notification when the client views or downloads a document that has been published to their portal.

  Linda-

  Thank you for the Enhancement Request. I like the idea of having notifications like that as well. I will add this to the list of Enhancement's Requested. We are meeting in the next couple of weeks to discuss the next Request's that will go into iChannel.

  Please keep sending ideas our way! We cannot make iChannel better without the input of our clients!
